RETURN POLICY

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. In the event of any manufacturing defect, you are requested to notify us within 3 working days from the date of receiving the product at dcecare@cleantech-gulf.com with a thorough description mentioning all product information including purchase invoice and product pictures. We will then analyse the product and issue a replacement if necessary. The timeline of a replacement will be informed to you through your registered email.

For the benefit of our buyers, we aim to provide all relevant details on our website for each product in order for our buyers to make an informed purchase.
