What if the order is not delivered within 2-7 working days?
You will be given a new delivery date through your registered email.
Do we accept returns?
We provide all required information for you to make an informed purchase. However, we do not accept returns. Only if there is a manufacturing defect with the product, for this instance you are requested to notify us within 3 working days from the date of receiving the product at dcecare@cleantech-gulf.com with product invoice and product pictures. We will then analyze the product and get back to you through your registered email.
What are the delivery charges in UAE?
All deliveries within Dubai are free. Deliveries in all other Emirates is free if the total order value is AED 2000 or more. If the total order value is below AED 2000, you will be asked to pick your order from the given location on the order checkout page.
What about Warranty & Technical Support?
